Pink Method Smoothie Recipe
OK… if you saw the Dr. Phil show on Tuesday, November 29th. You’re probably like millions of other viewers who are talking about the Pink Method Diet today that special guest Cynthia Pasquella debuted on the Dr. Phil Show yesterday.
What is the PINK Method?
The P.I.N.K. Method is a system for fast weight loss that combines diet and exercise for long-term results. P.I.N.K. stands for Power, Intensity, Nutrition, and Kardio (Dr. Phil was quick to point out that Cardio is spelled with a C) : ) It is designed specifically for women that are in good health and are not pregnant and/or nursing.
Cynthia Pasquella explained to Dr. Phil and his viewers that the PINK Method was “designed by women for women to produce rapid weight loss without giving up health benefits. P.I.N.K. is a fusion diet blending workouts with food.” It’s a three-phase plan that gradually introduces your body to better nutrition and sustainable workouts.
The PINK Method is unique because it is designed specifically for a woman’s needs. It is a step by step process that is unlike any other program on the market today. They have divided the system into four stages, which include:
- P.I.N.K. Reset – This is a short time detoxifying stage that is designed to give your metabolism a boost.
- P.I.N.K. Primary – This is a fat-fighting diet stage that introduces your body to high-energy foods that provides the fuel your body will need during the Phase 1 fitness program.
- 7-Day Shred – This is a seven day program that includes a “Shred Soup” that will help you lose those last few pounds, as well as help to prevent weight loss plateaus.
- P.I.N.K. Preservation – This is the sustainable weight management program that will help you keep that weight off. This is the key to your long-term weight loss success.
The PINK Method strategy is that these stages include the combination of diet and exercise that work together to provide maximum results for weight loss. Intense Work-Out that is doable by most women… unlike other programs you may have tried like the P90X or Insanity Workouts.
What I like most about the PINK Method is that no food group is eliminated. This eliminates cravings from not being allowed to eat a particular food. The exercises are not too intense; however, they challenge you by encouraging you to build up on the amount of reps you did in the previous workout. There are many weight loss testimonials that have proven this diet works fast. The P.I.N.K. Preservation stage ensures that this weight will remain off.

Now I don’t actually have the official PINK Method Smoothie Recipe, but I watched closely and came up with my own version of this delicious pink smoothie:
Jump-start your metabolism with a protein rich fruit and yogurt shake. This recipe will be enough for 2 servings, so have one for breakfast and one for lunch, then follow your PINK Method Nutrition guide for Dinner along with your PINK Method exercise program and watch the pounds melt away!
PINK Method Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk or Soy Milk
- 2-3 scoops of Vanilla Cinch (all natural protein)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup water
- handful of frozen strawberries
- half of 1 beet
- 4 oz plain yogurt
- handful or two of ice cubes
Place all ingredients in your Vitamix 1709 CIA Professional Blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
