* Based on results from a preliminary trial. Skin fold caliper measurements were used to estimate lean body mass and fat mass.

General Study Description: A preliminary,uncontrolled study was conducted in 27 overweight, healthy men and women. Participants were instructed to follow the Cinch Inch Loss Plan for a period of 12 weeks. Outcome measures included body weight, BMI, fat mass, fat-free mass, waist and hip circumference, and waist to hip ratio. Eighteen subjects completed the study and complete data was available from 14 subjects.
